(ANY VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN EJECTION FROM PREMISES)
1) PLAYERS must be age ten (10) and older to participate. Players 18 and older MUST sign an Action Paintball waiver (release of liability) in order to play, and players under 18 years of age MUST provide a waiver signed by a parent/legal guardian.
2) FACE MASKS MUST be worn by everyone in the playing field and target range at ALL times. Only facemasks that have been specifically approved for paintball, provide full face and ear coverage, and have not been modified will be permitted.
3) NO SHOOTING in any area other than the designated playing field and target range. Markers may only be discharged in these two areas.
4) 20 FOOT BANG RULE applies. It is forbidden to shoot from a distance under twenty (20) feet without first giving the opponent an opportunity to surrender. A surrendering player then yells “I am out” and must put the barrel plug/sock on and exit the playing field.
5) JUDGE/REFEREE DECISIONS are FINAL. Players/spectators choosing to argue or intentionally shoot a judge/referee will be immediately ejected.
6) FIELD PAINT ONLY facility. Paint MUST be purchased at Action Paintball.
7) BARREL BLOCKING DEVICES (i.e. plugs, socks) must be in at ALL times everywhere on the premises other than the designated playing field/target range. Barrel blocking devices must be specifically designed and manufactured for paintball markers.
8) CHRONOGRAPHED SPEED MUST be set for under 300fps and can’t shoot more than 30bps.
9) NO BLIND SHOOTING. Players must look at targets before shooting. Shooting at wildlife, lights, automobiles, or anything outside of the paintball field boundaries is strictly prohibited.
10) NO WIPING off paint – this is cheating and will result in ejection from the game.
11) NO CLIMBING of trees, netting, barriers or any structure. Any player caught OUTSIDE OF PLAYING FIELD BOUNDARIES will be ejected from the game.
12) NO PHYSICAL CONTACT between players and player’s equipment, no exceptions.
13) NO CONSTRUCTION or use of any type of booby traps.
14) NO UNAUTHORIZED EQUIPMENT or equipment/gear deemed potentially dangerous will be permitted on playing field/target range.
15) NO MODIFICATIONS to face masks, rental markers, bunkers/barriers or any Action Paintball physical property.
16) TANK FILLS- Only currently certified tanks will be filled, and only Action Paintball employees can perform tank-fills.
17) NO VERBAL ABUSE or use of profanity. Name-calling and/or slurs against anyone’s race, religion, or family members and friends is absolutely not permitted.
18) NO ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL DRUGS allowed on premises. All violations will result in immediate ejection from the premises. Local law enforcement will be notified of anyone found engaging in these activities on premises.
19) NO WEAPONS permitted anywhere on premises.
